What do we do?

Here at Phantom Live Events we provide a skilled crew team for small and medium events. We are unable to provide equipment as equipment must be provided for us. However our team are able to help you coordinate this from emailing hire-out companies and pick up and get-in. PhantomLive Event's is full of people who understand the importance of making your event the best it can be by using our expertise in design, technical side of event and the look itself. From doing everything start to finish

Who and what are we?

We are a Live Event Company, which specialise in the installation, running and deinstallation of your events from a technical point of view. We do everything from rigging lighting, setting up your events sound systems, installing LED screen's and much more. During your event we also specialise in our programming and operation of your lighting/sound during the showing of your event.

We are unable to provide any equipment for your event, however we are able to help by renting out certain equipment from hire-out companies that we have worked close too for many years now. We are also able to organise the hiring of extra contractors to help with the event if needed.

We are willing to help with anything needed for your event, even if it has not been listed above just send us an email or give us a call.

What to expect from us?

The industry within Live Events can sometimes prove to be a challenge, but we keep to an constant expectation that our clients want from us. By we working through 3 key motive's we have between us and our clients!

1. We always provide an excellent client relationship by always listening to what our clients needs and want.

2. We will also strive to do our absolute best when delivering the event not matter what size or shape it may be.

3. We value the sense of time, meaning we will also preserver to arrive and be on schedule with everything needed.

We are also able to help program for your shows/showcases in office!

If you have a show in need of programming, we are able to program your event from office, using visualizers without having to actually be there on site, we will always recommend however you have someone on site to fix any problems that may be missed on visualizer. [If you do want this do remember, visualizer is not the real thing, meaning it will not be perfect]

If you have anything from an open-evening to a full on concert, out team will willing program your show from in office.
